Michelle Carter-Bolden, Basileus

I would like to take this time to personally welcome each of you to the Zeta Chapter website. This is an awesome time as we continue to navigate through the challenges of a pandemic. Zeta chapter continues to remain motivated in providing community service to the Richmond area and surrounding counties. Members of Zeta chapter strive to support the vision and mission of the Sorority by moving forward as recognized leaders in health education, leadership development, student scholarships and providing services to our communities on “Health Promotion and Disease Prevention”. We remain devoted and guided by the Sorority’s Motto: “SERVICE for HUMANITY.”
Since joining Chi Eta Phi Sorority in Spring of 2011 along with 5 other Gems of Fortitude, I have been dedicated to fully serving through this organization. I have held several positions at the local and regional level. I encourage each of you to do the same to ensure our organization remains at the cutting edge of being a strong patient advocate and educator of the health disparities that continue to plaque our nation.
As I close, I would like to thank each of you for visiting Zeta chapter website. As fellow Sorors and Fraters, I ask that you continue to share our organization’s mission; to provide service for humanity, elevate the plane of nursing and to increase interest in the nursing profession. It is truly an honor for us all to be a member of a professional nursing organization and to be able to serve our community in all aspects necessary.
Yours truly,
Michelle Carter-Bolden, BSN, RN
